Meet Nicky, Program Manager
"Hi! I’m Nicky, originally from Thailand, and passionate about helping families find nurturing and affordable childcare. As a former au pair in Connecticut and California, I know firsthand how this program enriches both families and au pairs by bringing cultures together. Now a mom to twin girls, I understand the needs of both sides. With a background in customer service, IT, sales, and hospitality, I’m excited to guide families through this journey. I love cooking, yoga, and gardening, and my husband and I enjoy skiing. We live in the Metro West Boston area."
