Meet Erica, Program Manager
"Hi, I’m Erica! Originally from Lexington, MA, and now living in Burlington. I joined Cultural Care Au Pair in 2018. My parents are from Italy, and I spent many summers exploring its beautiful cities, which sparked my passion for travel and cultural exchange. I’ve loved sharing incredible journeys with my son, and I truly believe in the power of global connections. As Program Manager, I’m here to support host families and au pairs in becoming global citizens and learning from one another."
