Cultural Care Au Pair has designed our office hours to accommodate the lives of busy families. You
can reach a representative through our toll-free number Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm in
all time zones. We also have staff available on Saturday from 10am to 4pm to assist families with matching
needs and connect overseas calls. In the event of an emergency, you can always reach a member of staff
24 hours a day.
