Account Services Coordinator
As an Account Services Coordinator (ASC) based in our Cambridge, MA headquarters, you will serve
as an ambassador for the au pair program. You will communicate daily over the phone and on email with
host families, field staff and colleagues to answer their inquiries, direct them to the appropriate
resource and help support them through their experience in the areas of customer service, account
management and adherence to program regulations. Your friends might describe you as having a natural
talent for listening but also for bringing conversations to a productive results-oriented close.
You're a quick learner and resourceful, your communication skills are superior and your commitment
to customer service and quality is second to none.
- College Degree
- 1-2 years work experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, database use, online resources
- Skilled at problem-solving and general customer service
- Ability to thrive independently as well as part of an overall team
- Strong attention to detail skills
- Knowledge of other languages a plus but not required
